For our mortgage advice services, we charge a fee of between £0 and £495. Typically, the fee will be £295. More complex transactions will result in a higher fee commensurate with the amount of work required for the application.

The exact fee that we will charge will be agreed with you in advance of commencement of work and will be confirmed in our Client Mortgage Fee Agreement.
The fee is payable on completion of the mortgage.

If you choose to proceed with our recommendation and the mortgage goes ahead, we will also be paid a commission from the lender for arranging the mortgage on your behalf.
